99,000 children in the UK have alife-limiting or life-threatening condition. On Children’s Hospice Week we want to celebrateand raise awareness for the incredible work done for the children and families facing the unimaginable.

This year’s Children’s Hospice Week theme is #ForTheChildren, which highlights the core purpose of everything you do as a children’s hospice. Everything a children’s hospice does is #ForTheChildren, and this year we want toencourage others to get involved to learn about and support your work providing vital care and support tochildren, young people and families.
